At our sole discretion, Nakos It Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for any product that is offered at an incorrect price or with incorrect information as a result of a system error in product information or pricing.

In the event that luxecrafts is unable to fulfil an order's requirements, it shall be entitled to cancel any order with reasonable notice to the party in question. luxecrafts may ask for pertinent supporting documentation from clients as part of these extra security steps (identity verification, address evidence, etc). If the specified documents are not provided to us, luxecrafts maintains the right to fully cancel the order and notify the relevant parties.
