SHIPPING POLICY

At Nakos It Solutions Private Limited, We try our best to complete every order that is placed. Please be aware, however, that luxecrafts might not be able to execute some purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we are unable to process. Luxecrafts decision in this regard is final and enforceable against the customer. The reasons can include restrictions on the amount that can be purchased, inaccurate information about products, prices, and inventories; issues found by our credit and fraud prevention department; or unanticipated circumstances.

 

If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, our Customer Care Team will notify you. Your credit card will be refunded the full amount if you decide to cancel your order after it has been charged.

 

Customer cancellation

 

You have 48 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to cancel the entire or a portion of it if you decide after placing an order (only at luxecrafts) for any furniture item and have second thoughts. There are no refunds for kitchenware, tableware, décor, or furnishings.

 

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with every product you order from us. Under warranty conditions, we may replace or repair any part or component of the product if it was not received in good condition. A product cannot be returned or cancelled unless there are manufacturing flaws that cannot be fixed.
