RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Nakos It Solutions Private Limited, Our goal is to make sure you are happy with every product you order from us. Orders cannot be cancelled or reimbursed after they are shipped from our warehouse unless there are manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.
Defective or damaged product
If, despite your warranty rights, any product you have ordered from us is delivered in poor condition, is damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, you must report the matter right away to luxecrafts by calling their customer service hotline. You must also refuse to accept the delivery in this unlikely event. Additionally, you need to get in touch with us quickly once so that we can defend any legal rights we may have against the shipping agent. Again, despite any warranty rights, hidden flaws must be notified to us right away upon discovery in order to pursue any warranty claims against upstream suppliers. Within 48 hours of the product's delivery date, you may return it unused and in the same (unused) condition as when you received it, in its original packaging with all original contents (including all polythene, charger, carton box, manual, and other contents depending on the product ordered), labels, and any applicable seals, for a refund or exchange. In the event that you choose to use your right to return purchases, luxecrafts will not accept returns of goods that are damaged, missing any necessary labels or seals, or that have been altered from their original state.
If any obvious or hidden damage is noticed, kindly refuse delivery of the goods. If the item is damaged when you open the packing, please get in touch with customer service.
If the product is damaged or defective, we will replace it or initiate an alternate product with mutual consent for the return of the damaged or defective one. If the product was not received in good condition, we will repair or replace it in accordance with warranty terms. The availability of the product may determine whether it has to be replaced.
Should you decide to return any goods that were delivered to you broken or defective, we will also reimburse the shipping costs associated with that item, if any.
The customer must file a ticket the same day the goods are delivered if there is damage or a missing item for any of the purchased products in the categories of decor, home furnishings, tableware, kitchenware, and luggage. The luxecrafts Team will not accept any tickets or complaints after that time frame.
Note: Once a product has been installed or built, it cannot be returned or replaced. However, if there is a manufacturing flaw, it can be fixed in accordance with the conditions of the standard guarantee.
Return it through Courier Collection
Within 48 hours of receiving the product, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team and ask for a refund or exchange (in accordance with the previously described rules).If the products arrive at our end unopened, in their original packaging, with the invoice, and in good condition, we will arrange for a courier to pick them up from the delivery address. If not, we may not be able to process the return, exchange, or refund.
You will not be eligible for a replacement or refund of the money you have already paid to luxecrafts in the event that the return does not adhere to luxecrafts return policy. Luxecrafts also retains the right to withhold the money it has already received.
Refunds
We will return funds to the same credit card or net-banking account if that was the method of payment. Refunds are typically handled within 5-7 business days. When making a payment by cheque, it could take longer for the cheque to arrive at your billing address and for your account to be credited with the money once it is deposited.
Please be aware that as the cardholder's issuing bank is in charge of managing their credit card account, we will not be held liable for any delays in credit. Should there be a delay, the consumer is responsible for addressing the matter with their credit card bank using the luxecrafts refund process reference.
